About Us
Silly Mission Productions is an independent theatre company committed to championing new writing and musical theatre. We develop projects from initial concept to production, leading creative teams while managing finance, fundraising, marketing, and commercial strategy. The company has successfully produced award-recognised and profitable productions in London and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
About Hannah Jayne
Hannah is a theatre producer and founder of Silly Mission. Hannah loves creating bold, original and socially engaged new work. A Stage One-supported producer, Hannah specialises in developing ambitious projects from concept to stage, combining creative vision with strategic producing expertise. She has an MA in Creative Producing from Mountview, has completed the Stage One placement with Kindred Partners and is a recipient of the Stage One Bursary. When not in theatre land, she can be found being a Youth Worker, walking her dog Milo or reading the latest Romantasy hit on her Kindle.
Why Silly Mission?
Silly Mission Productions is named in honour of Hannah's father who would complete his own 'Silly Missions' running marathons and cycling up and down countries. Now unable to do these missions, Hannah hopes to carry on her father's legacy but hopefully with less sweat.
